Explorers
Explorers brings together young boys (~4-7 years old) and their fathers to build friendships, grow in virtue, and have a good time. This group provides opportunities for young boys to form friendships with kids their age and introduce them to important character traits, both of which are necessary for future virtue formation. It will also connect the boys’ fathers and provide them with best practices for virtue growth in fatherhood and marriage, and provide fathers with resources when questions arise. Lastly, the group provides a time for fathers and their boys to play together, forming strong bonds at a young age.
The group will meet four times during the summer of 2024.

Meetings are structured as follows:
– 6:00-6:15: Welcome, snack, and talk for the boys on a character trait.
– 6:15-6:30: Boys participate in an activity and play, led by an older boy leader and/or supervisor; talk for the fathers on fatherhood and/or marriage.
– 6:30-7:30: Father-son play time. Boys should be ready for bed when they get home!
